Stephen Pattinson - Managing Director (Netway)
Steve is Netway's founder and is responsible for day to day management. Steve has an electronics engineering background and is also responsible for many aspects of the company's research and development programme.

Bob Rogers - Director (JRD)
Bob Rogers is responsible for Systems Engineering, Network Management, and special projects at the JRD Group, and since his communications training at RMIT, has gained over 28 years experience in the field. Recent projects responsibilities include the design of Netway-JRD's data communcations systems. His philosophy is "if it can't be done, when can we have it ready".

Kemal Ajay - Technical Director
Kemal is Netway's chief electronic design engineer, and is responsible for the company's hardware development programme including our new mobile data terminal.

Enno Davids - Software Development Manager
Enno has been responsible for the development of the Netpath system's mapping software and user interface. Enno is considered a experienced guru in the Unix field and manages the Victorian branch of the Australian Unix Users Group in his 'spare' time

Jim Barry - Director (JRD)
Jim also belongs to the JRD side of the team. Despite spending much of his time at his second "office", Jim manages to keep the JRD Team under control. Jim specialises in land mobile and portable radio systems, and has an extensive communications background as an RAF Communications Instructor. Jim represents the Industry as the RSOUA representative on the Radio Consultative Council of the Australian Communications Authority.
